National Board of Examinations Journal of Medical Sciences

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) is committed to fostering
excellence in medical education and pioneering research. Central to this mission is the
National Board of Examinations Journal of Medical Sciences (NBEJMS). Launched in
January 2023, this official, E-only, peer-reviewed publication serves as an authoritative
window into evolving medical thought across diverse disciplines. By providing a high-impact
platform for translational, preclinical, and clinical research, the journal enables clinicians and
researchers to share innovations that transcend traditional disciplinary boundaries.

The NBEJMS is founded on the principle of Open Access through web-portal
(https://natboard.edu.in/ejournal/index), ensuring that all published content is available to the
global medical community free of charge. To further support researchers, the journal maintains
a policy of “no submission, processing, or publication fees”. Every manuscript undergoes a
rigorous “double-blind peer-review process” and advanced plagiarism screening via
iThenticate to guarantee scientific accuracy and integrity. Adhering to the ethical standards of
COPE, ICMJE, and WAME, the journal publishes original research, reviews, and exceptional
case reports that expand the field of general medical knowledge.
NBEJMS is currently indexed in prestigious databases including Embase® (Elsevier), DOAJ
(Directory of Open Access Journals), Crossref, Scilit, Google Scholar, and ROAD (Directory
