It is a pleasure to learn about the twenty-first convocation ceremony of National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences. I convey my heartiest
congratulations to the doctors being conferred doctoral degrees that would enable them to become specialists and super specialists. Convocation
marks the beginning of a new phase for medical professionals, as they take confident strides towards attaining larger goals in life. It is crucial for them
to stay tuned with the fast-paced technological changes in times to come.
Our Government has been working resolutely to ensure quality and affordable healthcare for all. During the last eight years, we have emphasized
on improving the health sector of the country. From striving towards creating future-ready healthcare infrastructure across the country, to giving
new impetus to medical education, our approach is holistic. Our focus is on devising innovative solutions to everyday problems, that make a positive
impact in lives of the poor and needy. Institutions like National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences have a particularly critical role to play
in this context.
May the occasion inspire the graduating doctors to serve people with determination and commitment. I convey my best wishes for all success of
