Vice President of India
Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu
It gives me great pleasure to know that National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences is organising its twenty-first convocation ceremony on
June 20, 2022. The nation takes pride that more than 16,000 doctors shall qualify on that red-lettered day and become specialists and super specialists
on completing their training and learning and be equipped to serve the citizens of India.
While it is a day of celebration for those who shall be awarded the degrees, certificates of honour and gold medallions, it is an occasion no less for
their parents, families, and teachers, who must feel very proud of the achievements of their wards. I congratulate the graduating specialist doctors and
their parents and their teachers, and wish them a bright and satisfying future.
On this special occasion, I take this opportunity to commend the staff, faculty and governing body of National Board of Examinations in Medical
Sciences. The Board has played a vital role in standardizing and steering medical education in the country. May they continue to work hard to uphold
the high standards and percolate the seeds of medical education across each district of the country.
