Arrival of the Chief Guest

Chief Guest, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, Hon’ble
President of India, will arrive at the venue of the
convocation, Vigyan Bhawan, Delhi.

Reception of the Chief Guest

The Chief Guest will be received by Dr. Abhijat
Sheth, President, NBEMS and Sh. Apurva
Chandra, Secretary HFW, Govt of India.

Group photograph with the Chief
Guest

The Hon’ble Chief Guest will then be conducted to
a group photograph with Gold Medalists and
NBEMS Governing Body members.

Entry of the Academic Procession

Hon’ble Chief Guest and the academic procession
will enter the plenary hall and it will proceed to
the dais. Following in the footsteps of a long
cherished academic tradition, the ceremonial
procession will be led by the President, National
Board, Dr. Abhijat Sheth, and comprise of all Vice
Presidents of NBEMS and Governing body
members; Sh. Apurva Chandra, Secretary,
Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government
of India; Special Guest, Dr. Mahesh Desai, Former
President of Urological Society of India.
