Subject: Pass Certificate to the candidates of September 2012 Screening Test

·               The result of Foreign Medical Graduate Examination i.e. Screening Test conducted by NBE on 30^th September 2012 has already been declared and  it is hereby informed that the pass certificate to eligible candidates will be issued IN PERSON ONLY.

·               Candidates having their correspondence address (as mentioned in the application form) from the states of Karnataka, Kerala, Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh, Pondicherry, Goa & Maharashtra shall be issued pass certificates at Regional Office of NBE, St. John’s Medical College, First Floor, Bank of Baroda Building, John Nagar, PO Koramangalam, Bangalore – 560 034 from 5^th to 8^th November 2012 as per the schedule mentioned below:

·               Candidates with their correspondence address from other states shall be issued pass certificates at NBE Dwarka Office, Delhi from 5^th to 9^th November 2012.

·               Candidates are required to bring the following documents to receive the certificate of passing:

(i)                  Original Admit Card issued by NBE for September 2012 FMG Examination alongwith,

(ii)                Passport*

*All candidates except from those who have obtained their primary medical qualification from Nepal are required to bring their original passport along with them failing which pass certificate shall not be issued.

(iii)       In addition to (i) & (ii) above, any one of the following:

Ø            Voter ID Card

Ø            PAN Card

Ø            Aadhar Card

Ø            Driving License

• The passing certificate shall not be issued without verification of the identity of the candidate.
• The passing certificate shall not be issued to any authorized representative or any other person other than the candidate himself/herself under any circumstances.
• If the candidate is not able to collect his/her pass certificate from NBE Dwarka Office/ Regional Office, Bangalore on the above mentioned dates, the candidate may obtain the same on every Friday from 4 to 6 pm from Regional Office, NBE, Bangalore / NBE Office respectively as per their state wise distribution.
