Subject : Test Day Documentary Requirement

·         PD CET will be held on 7^th December 2012 as per the timings mentioned below:

Date	7th December 2012
Reporting time:	02:15 PM
No late entry after:	02:45 PM
Examination including 15min of tutorial	03:15 PM – 6:30 PM

·        Candidate has to report to the centre alongwith admit card/ printout of the admit card with his/her photo pasted on the admit card and attested by a gazetted officer alongwith one of the following in original:

Ø                  PAN card

Ø                  Driving License

Ø                  Aadhar card

Ø                  Passport

Ø                  Voter ID card

Ø                  State Medical Council/Medical Council India Registration

                  Certificate  (bearing photo of the candidate)

·         Candidate without a valid and original photo ID will not be permitted to take the test.
