CET CENTRALIZED COUNSELING – JULY 2011 SESSION - MERIT LIST

 The admission for counseling is subjected to verification of eligibility criteria & original documents as mentioned below. The allocation of Specialty and Institution will be done purely on merit basis as per prescribed counseling schedule which shall be notified separately. Candidates may kindly note that the eligibility for admission to DNB courses shall be determined as per the June 2011 CET information bulletin and guidelines available on NBE website www.natboard.edu.in (free of cost). Candidates who have participated in the DNB counseling session during March-May 2011 and have opted for any seat are not eligible to participate in the forthcoming DNB centralized merit based counseling scheduled in July 2011; The validity of CET results is governed by the criteria as contained in the respective information bulletin.

 

No Individual or separate communication will be sent to the candidates.

 

 

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

 

  1. Candidates are required to refer to the schedule of counselling to be displayed on NBE web site www.natboard.edu.in.
  2. Eligible candidates may kindly generate their rank letter for participation in the counseling.
  3. Eligible Candidates are required to bring their RANK LETTER at the time of counseling along with the essential documents. Inquiries in this regards will not be entertained. Rank Letter can be downloaded from NBE website once the counseling schedule is announced.
  4. Candidates have to deposit a counseling fee of Rs. 2000- through demand draft in favour of National Board of Examinations, payable at New Delhi, only on the day of counseling at counseling venue.
  5. Candidate has to be present in person on the day of his/her counseling to claim the seat at scheduled time specified in his/her Rank Letter. No authorized representative on behalf of candidate will be permitted. Late arrival will disqualify the candidate from counseling.
  6. Candidates must bring the following documents in original, along with certified copies of the documents at S.No. (ii) to (ix), while coming for allotment of seats:

                                 i.            Rank Letter downloaded from NBE website www.natboard.edu.in

                               ii.            CET PASS certificate issued by NBE.

                              iii.            MBBS Degree/Provisional passing certificate.

                             iv.            Internship Completion Certificate.

                               v.            Permanent/Provisional Registration certificate issued by MCI/State Medical Council for registration of MBBS qualification.

                             vi.            Matriculation/High School/Higher Secondary Certificate as a proof of Date of Birth.

                            vii.            SC/ST certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable.

                          viii.            OBC certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable. The sub-caste should tally with the central list of OBC.

                             ix.            Any other relevant certificate or document.

 

  1. Candidates without original documents will not be allowed to appear/participate in allotment of seats by NBE.
  2. Ineligible candidates shall not be allowed to participate in the counseling. Candidates are advised to verify the validity of CET result carefully; no candidate shall be allowed to participate in the centralised counseling if their CET result is not valid.
  3. Candidates are required to bring one of the Govt issued ID card (PAN card, Indian Passport, Driving Licence, Election ID card) in original at the time of appearing for counselling. No other ID proof will be accepted.
  4. All the certificates must be in HINDI or ENGLISH. In case if any of the certificate(s) is/are in regional language, its English version translated copy duly authenticated by a Group ‘A’ Gazetted Officer will be required in original.
  5. The vacant seat positions will be notified in due course.
  6. The merit list is provisional subject to the verification of aforementioned documents in original and compliance of the eligibility criteria.
