NOTICE
Withheld Result FMG Screening Test March – 2013
It is hereby informed that result of Provisionally Eligible candidates for Screening Test conducted on 31/03/2013 is withheld for the want of one or more of the following documents.
1 Photocopy of Foreign Medical Qualification certificate, Apostilled / Attested by Indian Embassy and then attested by a Gazetted Officer of
2 Copy of latest passport size photograph, duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.
3 Photocopy of Eligibility Certificate issued by MCI, attested by a Gazetted Officer.
4 Photocopy of Passport, attested by a Gazetted Officer.
5 Photocopy of 10 + 2 certificate & Marks Sheet (with Biology, Physics & Chemistry), attested by a Gazetted Officer.
6 Any Other
The provisional eligible candidates are required to submit the necessary document (as already informed vide earlier letter/s) latest by 30th June, 2013 failing which their candidature shall automatically be cancelled. No further correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
Result of such candidates shall be declared only on submission of required documents.
