Subject:            FINAL NOTICE- WITHHELD RESULT -FMG SCREENING TEST 

HELD ON 28^Th MARCH 2010.

It is hereby informed that result of Provisionally Eligible candidates is withheld for the want of one or more of the following documents: (List Enclosed).

1          Photocopy of Foreign Medical Qualification certificate, Apostilled / Attested by Indian Embassy and then attested by a Gazette Officer of India.

2          Photocopy of Passport, attested by a Gazetted Officer.

3          Copy of latest passport size photograph, duly attested by a Gazetted                  

Officer.

4          Photocopy of 10 + 2 certificate (Not Marksheet), attested by a Gazetted Officer.

5          Photocopy of Eligibility Certificate issued by MCI, attested by a Gazetted

Officer.

6          Any Other document as intimated earlier vide letter.        

The provisional eligible candidates are required to submit the necessary documents as already informed via earlier letters, latest by 31^st of July 2010, falling which their candidature may be cancelled. No further correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
