- Use of Mobile Phones is NOT permitted in the FMGE Pass Certificate Distribution Area.
- Misrepresentation of identity is an offence and shall be dealt with as per applicable academic & criminal procedures.
- Unfair means case shall be registered against the candidates who are found to have produced false/forged documents/ID Proofs or have resorted to any unfair practice as per Information Bulletin of FMGE December 2025.
- Failure to produce required certificates in original would lead to denial of issuance of the FMGE PASS certificate. NBEMS reserves its right to withhold the certificate of any FMGE qualified candidate for further verifying the genuineness of identity and/or documents through measure over and above those specified herein below:

- Qualified and Eligible candidates are required to be present at specified date and time for collection of their Pass certificates. They shall be required to bring the following documents in ORIGINAL to collect the certificates:
- A. Admit Card for FMGE December 2025, preferably the same copy used on the day of examination
- B. Passport:
- C. Degree Certificate/Provisional Pass Certificate of Primary Medical Qualification duly apostilled by appropriate authority/attested by Embassy of India in the country concerned. The certificate must clearly establish that the result of the final examination for such a primary medical qualification was declared on or before the cut-off date i.e., 31.10.2025.
- Note: To refrain any confusion, if the attestation/apostille is on separate paper/document, candidate is required to bring both – The Original Primary Medical Degree/Pass Certificate and the original attestation/apostille of it.
- D. Eligibility Certificate (EC) issued by MCI/NMC. However, if you had joined the primary medical qualification during the period when EC was exempted/not required, the proof of admission to the primary medical qualification during that period should be brought confirming the date of admission. Those candidates who have submitted NEET-UG score card in lieu of Eligibility Certificate are mandatorily required to bring mark sheet of senior secondary (Class 12th) “in original”; and their caste certificate issued by competent authority at the time of admission to primary medical qualifications, in cases where any relaxation in qualifying marks of Physics, Chemistry & Biology has been claimed as per provisions of Graduate Medical Education Regulations, 1997.
- E. Govt. of India Issued one valid photo ID Proof (In addition to the Passport):
- Voter ID Card/ PAN Card/ Driving License/ Aadhaar Card bearing coloured photograph
- a. Indian Citizens (including NRI) are required to bring Passport issued by Govt. of India. All copies of old passport, if any, are to be carried.
- b. Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) are required to bring OCI Card issued by Govt. of India along with the Passport issued by country of their citizenship.
- c. Citizens of Nepal are required to bring a photo ID issued by Govt. of India. If they have obtained their primary Medical Qualification outside Nepal, they are required to bring the passport issued by the Govt. of Nepal also.
- Entry of candidates is restricted STIRCTLY as per TIME SLOTS allotted. Candidates are advised to report to NBEMS office strictly as per assigned time slot in order to avoid any crowding. Candidates not reporting as per time slots on assigned days will have to wait for their turn depending on availability of vacant slots. Kindly do not report to NBEMS office to collect your certificate on any day other than the scheduled date unless your appointment for the same has been confirmed by NBEMS.
- Candidates are advised to make their return journey travel arrangements preferably for the end of the certificate collection day, considering any unexpected time being taken in verification of identity and documentation.
- Candidates are advised to refrain from tattooing their fingers with henna/colours in order to avoid difficulties in verification of finger biometrics.
- Qualified and Eligible candidates are required to be present at specified date and time for collection of their Pass certificates. They shall be required to bring the following documents in ORIGINAL to collect the certificates:

The undersigned __________________________________________ (Your Name) has gone through the information bulletin of FMGE December 2025 and hereby certify/ understand that:
- That I myself have physically attended the course of my primary medical qualification for the mandated period as per requirement of the University concerned toward award of my primary medical qualification degree certificate.
- That I fulfil the eligibility requirements for FMGE and have furnished factual and correct information in my FMGE application form. I further understand that any instances of furnishing incorrect information/documents detected during any stage of the examination process and/or subsequently while/after seeking registration with a medical council will automatically disqualify me for the FMGE and for any consequential registration/ employment/ education. Accordingly, if such instances go undetected during the current verification process but, are detected in subsequent years, such disqualification will take place with retrospective effect.
- That I have gone through the Graduate Medical Education Regulations, 1997; Eligibility Requirement for taking admission in an undergraduate medical course in a Foreign Medical Institution Regulations, 2002; Screening Test Regulations, 2002 and their subsequent amendments, if any, and certify that
- That the documents produced in the application form of FMGE and those produced in original on the day of in-person credential verification are bonafide & genuine documents belonging to me. There is no misrepresentation of any of the documents as mine/original which is otherwise not the case.
- That I have not indulged in any unfair means in conduct of FMGE and agrees to abide by the Unfair Means Guidelines of NBEMS. In an event if it is detected at any stage that I have resorted to use of any unfair practice to seek an eligibility to appear in FMGE and/or any unfair means to qualify the FMGE and/or to seek registration with any medical council in the country, I will be liable of an academic and a criminal punishment as may be applicable and decided to be imposed by NBEMS/law enforcing agencies.
- That in an event due to some exigency I fail to collect my FMGE December 2025 Pass Certificate on my scheduled day of certificate collection, I will collect the same seeking a fresh appointment at the earliest but not later than 29th July 2026 i.e. within Six months of declaration of result of FMGE December 2025, failing which my candidature & result for FMGE December 2025 shall stand cancelled.

The details mentioned herein above should be supported with immigration stamps in the Passport and VISA documents which may be asked for verification at the time of in-person credential verification.
- > The undersigned fulfilled the age criterion prescribed for admission to MBBS course in above regulations at the time of joining the Primary Medical Qualification.
- > The undersigned fulfils the eligibility criteria for admission to MBBS course in India as prescribed in the Graduate Medical Education Regulations, 1997, i.e., minimum qualifying marks criteria in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English, including relaxed criteria in case the candidate belongs to a reserved category (SC/ST/OBC) or a PwD.
- > That I am in possession of relevant caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC) from a competent authority issued at the time of my admission to Primary Medical Qualification, in case I have claimed any relaxed criteria towards minimum qualifying marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
