Subject: CET Centralized Merit Based Counseling – Second Round- July 2012 Admission Session – Rank Letters
Attn: Eligible Candidates for CET (August 2012) Centralized Merit Based Counseling (Second Round)
1) Schedule for CET Centralized Merit Based Counseling (Second Round) – July 2012 admission session has already been announced vide NBE website notice dated 16-10-2012
2) List of candidates who have opted for participation in Second Round of CET Centralized Counseling – July 2012 admission session is available at NBE website under following web link:

3) Eligible candidates are required to download their Rank Letters for Second Round of counseling and appear in person at specified schedule.

4) Candidates may kindly note the following:
I. CET Merit Based Centralized Counseling – JULY 2012 admission session will be held in New Delhi only, at National Board of Examinations office, PSP Area, Sector – 9, Dwarka (Landmark: Opp. District Court, Sec-10, Dwarka, New Delhi) as per prescribed schedule. Travel cost to appear in the counseling shall be borne by the candidate only. Candidates are advised to report to the counseling venue in time. Candidates reporting after the prescribed time are liable to miss their turn in the Counseling/non-participation. NBE shall not be responsible for delay in arrival due to any reason. No claim in this regards will be entertained. NBE reserves its rights to take decisions in cases of late reporting.
II. Candidate has to be present in person on the day of his/her counseling to participate in counseling at scheduled time specified in his/her Rank Letter. Authorized representative on behalf of candidate shall be permitted only after due approval of NBE in exceptional circumstances only.
III. Candidates are required to bring their RANK LETTER at the time of counseling along with the other prescribed documents.
IV. List of Prescribed Documents: Candidates have to bring the following documents IN ORIGINAL, along with self-attested copies of the documents at S.No. (c) to (j), for participation in counseling:
a. Rank Letter (Second Round) downloaded from NBE website www.natboard.edu.in
b. CET Result Certificate (August 2012) downloaded from NBE website www.natboard.edu.in bearing stamp of participation in first round.
c. MBBS Degree certificate/ Provisional Pass Certificate of MBBS*
d. Permanent/Provisional Registration certificate issued by MCI/State Medical Council for registration of MBBS qualification.
e. Proof of MBBS Qualification recognized as per IMC Act/Central Government (e.g. Print out taken from Medical Counseling of India (MCI) Website confirming recognition status of MBBS qualification awarded by the medical college from where you graduated)
f. Internship Completion certificate and Mark sheets of all MBBS Professional Examinations
g. Matriculation/High School/Higher Secondary Certificate as a proof of Date of Birth.
h. SC/ST/PWD/OBC certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable.
Caste certificate must be issued by competent authority. The sub-caste should tally with the central Govt. list.
i. Any document (Bonafide certificate/Mark sheet/Attempt Certificate etc issued by concerned institution/medical college) confirming the name of the institution/medical college from where the MBBS qualification was pursued.
j. Any other relevant certificate or document.
* Provisional certificate of MBBS Qualification is permissible only for those candidates who had passed the MBBS Qualification in their respective specialty in the year 2012.
If the candidate has passed MBBS Qualification before 2012 and the MBBS degree certificate has not been issued to him/her so far by the concerned university/Board, documentary evidence to this effect in form of a letter from competent authority of respective university/Board is to be furnished at the time of counseling.
V. Candidates without original documents will not be allowed to appear/participate in Centralized Counseling by NBE under any circumstances.
VI. Candidates are required to bring one of the Govt issued ID card (PAN card or Indian Passport or Aadhar Card or Election ID card) in original at the time of appearing for counseling. No other ID proof will be accepted,
VII. All the certificates must be in HINDI or ENGLISH. In case if any of the certificate(s) is/are in regional language, its Hindi/English version translated copy duly authenticated by a Gazetted Officer will be required in original.
VIII. Candidates are advised to go carefully through handbook for CET Centralized Merit Based Counseling – July 2012 admission session before they report for participation in the Counseling.
