Abstract

The National Healthcare Transformation Framework positions India at the cutting edge of global medical innovation by establishing an AI-assisted Learning Healthcare System designed to continuously evolve through data-driven insights. Formulated as a crucial milestone toward the national vision of 'Viksit Bharat 2047', the framework orchestrates a paradigm shift where patient care, medical education, and biomedical research are seamlessly optimized through interoperable digital architecture. At its core, this framework guarantees that technology remains a strategic enabler under strict ethical governance, prioritizing patient privacy and ensuring all automated insights culminate in clinician-led decision-making.
