Attn: Candidates for Second Round of Post Diploma CET Counseling
List of candidates who have opted for participating in Second Round of Post Diploma CET Centralized Counseling – July 2011 admission session is attached below. Eligible candidates are required to download their Rank Letters for Second Round of counseling and appear in person at specified schedule.

Candidates may kindly note the following:
1. Counselling venue is: National Board of Examinations, PSP area, Sector 9, Dwarka, New Delhi - 75. (Near District Court, Dwarka; nearest metro station is sector 10 Dwarka (approx. 300 metres)
2. Candidate has to be present in person on the day of his/her counseling to claim the seat at scheduled time specified in his/her Rank Letter. No authorized representative on behalf of candidate will be permitted under any circumstances. Candidate may kindly ensure to arrive for counselling on time at designated venue. NBE shall not be responsible for any delay in arrival due to any reason. Candidate shall not be permitted to enter counselling venue if his/her batch has already been admitted for counselling at designated time. No claim in this regards will be entertained.
3. Candidates must bring the following documents in original, along with certified copies of the documents at S.No. (ii) to (ix), while coming for allotment of seats:
i. Rank Letter downloaded from NBE website www.natboard.edu.in
ii. Post Diploma CET admit card & Result Certificate issued by NBE.
iii. MBBS Degree.
iv. Permanent Registration certificate issued by MCI/State Medical Council for registration of MBBS qualification.
v. Post Graduate Diploma Pass Certificate.
vi. Additional Qualification Registration certificate issued by MCI or IMR Certificate issued by MCI as a proof of PG Diploma being recognized as per IMC Act (1956).
vii. Matriculation/High School/Higher Secondary Certificate as a proof of Date of Birth.
viii. SC/ST certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable.
ix. OBC certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable. The sub-caste should tally with the central list of OBC.
x. Any other relevant certificate or document.
4. Candidates without original documents will not be allowed to appear/participate in counselling by NBE.
5. Candidates are required to bring one of the Govt issued ID card (PAN card, Indian Passport, Driving Licence, Election ID card) in original at the time of appearing for counselling. No other ID proof will be accepted.
6. All the certificates must be in HINDI or ENGLISH. In case if any of the certificate(s) is/are in regional language, its Hindi/English version translated copy duly authenticated by a Group ‘A’ Gazetted Officer will be required in original.
7. This Rank letter is provisional and subjected to the verification of aforementioned documents in original.
