NOTICE – POST DIPLOMA CET CENTRALIZED COUNSELING

RANK LETTER FOR COUNSELING

 

The schedule for allocation of Post Diploma (Secondary) Seats of  DNB – Broad Specialty for July 2011 session through merit based centralized counseling is available on NBE website.

 

Only those candidates who fulfill eligibility criteria as per information bulletin for Post Diploma CET – August 2011 are allowed to participate in aforesaid counseling.

 

Seats will be allotted strictly in order of specialty specific merit through centralized counseling. Applicant candidates may kindly download their rank letter by the following link:

Candidates may kindly note the following:-

 

  1. Counselling venue is: National Board of Examinations, PSP area, Sector 9, Dwarka, New Delhi - 75.

(Near District Court, Dwarka; nearest metro station is sector 10 Dwarka (approx. 300 metres)

 

  1. Candidate has to be present in person on the day of his/her counseling to claim the seat at scheduled time specified in his/her Rank Letter. No representative on behalf of candidate will be permitted. Late arrival will disqualify the candidate from counseling.

 

  1. Candidates have to deposit a counseling fee of Rs.2000/- through demand draft in favour of National Board of Examinations, payable at New Delhi, on the day of counseling at counseling venue. Candidates are required to bring the above mentioned demand draft to participate in counselling, failing which they will not be allowed to participate in the counselling.

 

  1. Candidates are required to bring their RANK LETTER at the time of counseling along with the other essential documents. Candidates must bring the following documents in original, along with certified copies of the documents at S.No. (ii) to (Ix), while coming for allotment of seats:

 

                                 i.            Rank Letter downloaded from NBE website www.natboard.edu.in

                                ii.            Post Diploma CET admit card issued by NBE.

                              iii.            MBBS Degree.

                               iv.            Permanent Registration certificate issued by MCI/State Medical Council for registration of MBBS qualification.

                                v.            Post Graduate Diploma Pass Certificate.

                               vi.            Additional Qualification Registration certificate issued by MCI or IMR Certificate issued by MCI as a proof of PG Diploma being recognized as per IMC Act (1956).

                             vii.            Matriculation/High School/Higher Secondary Certificate as a proof of Date of Birth.

                            viii.            SC/ST certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable.

                               ix.            OBC certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable. The sub-caste should tally with the central list of OBC.

                                x.            Any other relevant certificate or document.
