Subject: Scheme for providing Question-wise marks of DNB Final Theory Examinations
Question-wise marks secured by the candidates in DNB Final Theory examinations shall be provided as per the following scheme:
Ø Question-wise marks secured by the candidates in DNB Final Theory examinations shall be provided only on request by the candidate himself/herself. No third party or “on behalf of” requests shall be entertained.
Ø The Question-wise marks secured by the candidates in DNB Final Theory examinations shall be provided only to unsuccessful candidates. Candidates who have qualified the DNB Theory exams shall not be eligible to seek these details.
Ø The candidates seeking for declaration of Question-wise marks shall apply to the NBE in the application format (copy attached) provided by the NBE for the same along with the relevant documents as mentioned in the application format.
Ø A fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) shall be charged from the candidate per Paper for which the Question-wise marks is desired. Fee shall be paid in the form of a demand draft drawn in favor of National Board of Examinations, New Delhi payable at New Delhi.
Ø The candidate seeking for declaration of the Question-wise marks must apply within 30 days of declaration of Theory result in the specialty.
Ø The Question-wise marks will be sent by post to the candidate within 45 days of receipt of the application form.
Ø The above is an interim arrangement, NBE is in the process of managing the above mechanism through an external agency, and revised scheme in this regard shall be notified in due course.
