DNB CET Rank Letter for Centralized Counseling – July 2012 admission session
Attention: Applicant candidates for DNB CET August 2012
1. Result cum Merit list of applicant candidates of DNB Centralized Entrance Test conducted by NBE during 9th August – 17th August 2012 has been declared and can be seen on NBE website www.natboard.edu.in
2. The schedule of Centralized Merit Based Counseling for admission to DNB Broad Specialties courses (July 2012 Admission Session) has already been notified on NBE website.
3. Candidates are advised to go through the guidelines for DNB CET Centralized Merit Based Counseling.

5. Participation in the Counseling shall be strictly as per the eligibility criteria and guidelines mentioned in the Information Bulletin for DNB CET (August 2012) and Handbook for Centralized Merit Based Counseling – July 2012 admission session.
6. List of Prescribed Documents: Candidates have to bring the following documents IN ORIGINAL, along with certified photocopies of the documents at S. No. (iii) to (ix), for participation in counseling:
i. Rank Letter downloaded from NBE website www.natboard.edu.in
ii. CET Result Certificate (August 2012) downloaded from NBE website www.natboard.edu.in
iii. MBBS Degree certificate/ Provisional Pass Certificate of MBBS*
iv. Permanent/Provisional Registration certificate issued by MCI/State Medical Council for registration of MBBS qualification.
v. Proof of MBBS Qualification recognized as per IMC Act/Central Government (Print out taken from Medical Counseling of India (MCI) Website confirming recognition status of MBBS qualification awarded by the medical college from where you graduated)
vi. Internship Completion certificate and Mark sheets of all MBBS Professional Examinations
vii. Matriculation/High School/Higher Secondary Certificate as a proof of Date of Birth.
viii. SC/ST/PWD/OBC certificate issued by competent authority, if applicable.
Caste certificate must be issued by competent authority. The sub-caste should tally with the central Govt. list.
ix. Any document (Bonafide certificate/Mark sheet/Attempt Certificate etc issued by concerned institution/medical college) confirming the name of the institution/medical college from where the MBBS qualification was pursued.
x. Any other relevant certificate or document.
* Provisional certificate of MBBS Qualification is permissible only for those candidates who had passed the MBBS Qualification in the year 2012.
If the candidate has passed MBBS Qualification before 2012 and the MBBS degree certificate has not been issued to him/her so far by the concerned university/Board, documentary evidence to this effect in form of a letter from competent authority of respective university/Board is to be furnished at the time of counseling.
Candidates without original documents will not be allowed to appear/participate in Centralized Counseling by NBE.
7. Candidates may note that participation in the Counseling is subject to the candidates being eligible in all respects and verification of their original documents at the time of the Counseling.
8. Candidate may kindly ensure to arrive for counselling on time at designated venue. NBE shall not be responsible for delay in arrival due to any reason. No claim in this regards will be entertained. NBE reserves its rights to take appropriate decisions in cases of late reporting by the candidates.
